Meet Kelly Warren

With over four decades of dedicated nursing experience across various acute care settings, Kelly Warren, APRN FNP-C, brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. For the past 10 years, she has served as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the specialized field of Oncology and Hematology. Kelly’s patient-centered approach is characterized by her unwavering commitment to establishing strong patient-provider relationships and collaborating on health goals. Grounded in functional medicine principles, she believes in empowering individuals with the knowledge needed to take control of their health, recognizing that while genetics may play a role in disease predisposition, most chronic illnesses can be prevented or mitigated with informed choices and personal accountability.

In addition to her extensive healthcare background, Kelly is now dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best at About Face, where she brings her passion for wellness and aesthetic treatments to provide comprehensive care to her clients.
